Aux window: position, size and state not preserved after "Developer: Reload" #200339

Type: Bug

  1. Open a new file.
  2. Drag it to detach from main VSCode window.
  3. Go to the main window.
  4. CTRL+P
  5. Developer: Reload
  6. Observe that the detached editor got reintegrated with the main window.

VS Code version: Code 1.85.0 (af28b32, 2023-12-06T20:48:09.019Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045
