Proposal for customization autocomplete sort priority

I'd like this feature request to be actually implemented.

vscodebot closed the issue beause it presumably didn't have enough votes at the time, but it has 88 now.

Sorting order based on suggestion type (locals before word-based suggestions, etc.) is still needed and not covered by the feature introduced with #45039
