Add an option to ignore searching comment lines of code

While searching or replacing documents, no matter under workspace globally(ctrl + shift + f/h) or single file(ctrl + f/h), add an button or setting to ignore searching through comment lines of code (the comment should be vary depends on different programming languages' file extension).

Just a tiny feature request, if it is not good or unnecessary, just ignore me and close my feature request.
