The theme tester extension is used to preview a theme without installing it. It can be found at
https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-theme-tester.

It works for themes on the marketplace but not for built-in themes. The request is to support built-in themes as well.

Pushed the support to vscode-theme-tester. It requires support from insiders. so use it on insiders.vscode.dev:
