Issue Type: Bug

When "User" or "Workspace" is selected in the "Settings" view, and the setting isn't already present, clicking "Edit in settings.json" inserts the appropriate key/default-value into the json and puts the cursor in the right place. Very helpful.

However, when "Remote [WSL: <distro>]" is selected, it doesn't. It just opens the json file.

This seems to work for me now.
