    Date: 2020-06-10T08:59:04.923Z
    Electron: 7.3.1
    Chrome: 78.0.3904.130
    Node.js: 12.8.1
    V8: 7.8.279.23-electron.0
    OS: Linux x64 5.3.0-59-generic
  • OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open integrated terminal
  2. cat huge_text_file
  3. Whole VS Code freezes
    Additional infoe: huge_text_file has a very long ~100mb line

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
