Issue Type: Bug

I have Python 3.7.7 installed on Win10, and VSCode 1.44.1

It always telling me 'Python is not installed. Please download and install Python before using the extension.'

Extension version: 2020.3.71659
VS Code version: Code 1.44.1 (a9f8623ec050e5f0b44cc8ce8204a1455884749f, 2020-04-11T01:48:12.622Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.18362

How did you install Python (Windows store, python.org download, other way)?

If it's from the Windows store it's a duplicate of #10850

If it's from the Windows store it's a duplicate of #10850

@kimadeline thank you for the response. i think it's from Windows Store. I will try as the other ticket suggests.
