Add specific tag on stackoverflow

The issues category in github is just for "issues" and not for problems with usage, e.g. someone configuring launch.json or some other questions about the extension (e.g. configuration or other usage questions). Thus I would find it reasonable to add a specific tag on stackoverflow (considering it's the most popular extension [see](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/vscode and stackoverflow is hugely used). E.g. a tag like visual-studio-code-python or visual-studio-code-extensions-python or visual-studio-code-extension-python.

We don't directly control the tags on Stack Overflow and people have traditionally used the combination of python and visual-studio-code to find Python-related issues there.

Yeah, I thought maybe someone here has enough reputation (1500) on stackoverflow to create a tag.

I used the combination of python and visual-studio-code myself so far but the "problem" with this is that posts which aren't even related to some python language problem (e.g. just something about the refactoring of vscode in python code) are also displayed for people who want to solve pythonic problems.

I think a new tag would be better on point.

So maybe someone here has enough rep on stackoverflow and could add such a tag? Would be great.
