Initial state of input collapse buttons for interactive window not correct #3039

Initially they are in collapsed state, but the text is visible. Toggling them on and off gets them back to the correct state.

I believe this was a side effect of the UI Native / Interactive split.
microsoft/vscode-python#7376

Note for validation. I checked gather myself, but it probably should be checked in validate as well, as it was part of the issue here.
