How to open a notebook in vscode with the cli?

Hello, I have a program that starts a jupyter server and I have the usual link as

http://localhost:8889/?token=...

It is easy to open a new tab in the browser from the program, but I have not idea how to do the same for vscode. I tried to look at the documentation of the vscode cli, but I am not sure if that is the way, for example

code -n http://localhost:8889/?token=...

is not doing what I want.
