==> Don't know how to launch profile 'IIS Express'; the commandName 'IISExpress' is not supported.

Root cause:

• launchsettings.json: there are many profiles, and first profile is IISExpress, it does not support.

Suggestions:

• Allow to pick a profile to Start like Visual Studio

One thing we're working on is filtering out the projects that can't be launched (e.g. class libraries) and profiles that aren't supported (e.g. we currently don't support launching in IIS or IIS Express). So even if we just pick the first profile, we will at least pick something that can actually run.

That being said, we should also provide a way to pick the profile in this case.

Closing this bug as the filtering issue was fixed in version 0.3.2.
