Disable global vcpkg for a CMake project with Visual Studio 17 2022 generator

My vcpkg installation is messing with every CMake project I am trying to build on Windows.
I am not activating any local vcpkg environment.
Here is a minimal project using box2d (which is installed on my machine actually).

add_executable(test main.cpp)

and main.cpp

#include <box2d/Box2D.h>
#include <iostream>

int main(int argc, char const *argv[]) {
  b2Vec2 hitPoint(1, 2);
  std::cout << hitPoint.x << std::endl;
  return 0;
}

Actually compiles fine, without adding any linking library in the CMakeLists.txt which is weird.

Now adding to CMakeLists.txt produces an error Could not find a package configuration file provided by "box2d":

find_package(box2d REQUIRED)

Any thoughts?

Using vcpkg integrate remove solved the problem.
