Describe the bug
[Mount 'em gooooooooats !]: The tutorial cannot work in the simulator.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade.
2.Move to Advanced Livestream>Select Mount 'em goooooooooats!>Open in Editor
3.Observe the simulator.

Actual behavior
The tutorial cannot work.

Expect behavior
The tutorial should work properly.

This issue also reproduces in project 'HackMan','Castle Crawler' 'Alfie's Adventures v5' in Community Games.

I have verified this issue, and it has been Fixed in the latest beta build 2.0.13
