Power BI report are different than in documentation and function wrong

🐛 Problem

The Power BI report shown on this page LINK are not available or different in v0.7 kql powerbi report.

Reports are named differently, show different parameters, Reservation recommendations shows 1 line but in the Data Explorer DB are much more lines, or some are missing.

👣 Repro steps

download kql powerbi reports zip reports from here LINK
configure all need things to import data in the powerBI report "Rateoptimization".

Yes, this is known. The KQL reports in 0.7 were slightly different than the storage reports, which the documentation was based on. This is getting resolved in 0.8.
