Reservation recommendations tab is empty

Hi

Customer is using 0.7 with the latest dashboards (24.12.08).
We configured all scheduled exports however Reservation Recommendation tab in the Rate Optimization dashboard is empty.
The exported files are generated in the msexports folder.

All other data is presented.

Data is not showing also for Reservation Details, & Reservation Transactions

Any idea how to fix?

Couple of things to check:

1. Make sure the slicers are set correctly - they default to 1 year and 30 days which may not be what you've configured in the recommendations export.
2. Make sure the open data tables have refreshed - if they haven't that tab won't populate either because we can't normalize the VM sizes.

CX doesnt have any RI recommendation in the advisor. He's using SP.
However he still supposed to see SP coverage vs On-Demand (shown as "committed spend") in the CPU hours chart on the right side. Right?

Yes, that should load.
What happens if you delete all the slicers from the top of the page - does the chart render then?

@simonarbel Were exports setup? Did they exports have data? (Check the row count in the manifest.json.) If you look at the table in Power BI query editor, does it have rows?
