Describe the bug

The scorecards workflow is currently failing, e.g., https://github.com/microsoft/ebpf-for-windows/actions/runs/13531271318/job/37813784514

The error message is:

2025/02/25 22:59:21 scorecard had an error: repo unreachable: GET https://api.github.com/repos/microsoft/ebpf-for-windows: 403 The 'Microsoft Open Source' enterprise forbids access via a personal access tokens (classic) if the token's lifetime is greater than 365 days.
