To regards of the release issue happened of the VC++ Redistributable (ref: microsoft/STL#3607), which in turn cause #2861, we should implement a test that would check the dependencies for the following binaries:

  • bpftool.exe
  • EbpfApi.dll
  • ebpfnetsh.dll
  • ebpfsvc.exe

to match a specific list of binary dependencies, redacted for each of them.
