Before you create an issue here, I'll suggest using https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/support to submit questions and feature requests, since there you'll have a lot more visibility and it is where support and the feature crew look for issues.

For questions around the Bookings API, you can navigate to Question->Customer bookings.
