wsl does not respect Windows-side symlinks #5701 #12560

Looks like OP is trying to make a symlink like this: mklink /d c:\eli \wsl\Ubuntu-18.04\home\eli |
Yes, basically my use case is that a program running in WSL needs to follow symlinks created in Windows to a WSL drive |
I recommend, changing the title to be more specific, and add the examples to the description, so it can be noticed by maintainers. Even though you put the links to the other issue |
