Issue: Disable Definition Files breaks many plugin tabs

Step 1: Enable plugins, Preitter, Format on Save, (I also have TypeScript Json Schema)

Step 2: Observe the plugin menu and that everything works

Step 3: Go to Settings and disable Definition Files, And refresh the page

Step 4: Observe Prettier Tab is visible but unselectable,

Step 5: Observe Format on Save is missing

Something about "process is not defined" in tsWorker.js

The team doesnt track non-critical issues on this repo anymore, but it sounds like you want to raise this (or fix it) on the prettier plugin repo anyway as that plugin doesn't seem to handle that setting elegantly.
