Describe the bug

This is an external bug on the Windows App SDK. Filing an issue here to track adopting a servicing release with the fix or adding a known issue to the release notes.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
