Per Hardware Keyboard remap

📝 Allow to specify a keyboard(s) to which the remap should be applied.

What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature? What is the scenario this would be used?

I use on an Apple Macbook Pro under bootcamp with an external Logitech keyboard whose ALT and START disposition is inverse to that on the Macbook. If I currenly remap ALT -> START and START -> ALT then it's fixed on one but then "broken" on the other one.
If we can make the remap apply to only one keyboard then I would be able to make them match.
