Allow for an application, e.g. file explorer, to launch always in zone 3 (second screenshot).
And also allow to select multiple neighbouring zones if needed. Launch Webbrowser always in zones 2&6 or 3&7 (first screenshot)
Allow for alternative zones if zone(s) is/are already blocked by same application

Do you have this option enabled?

Yes I have the option enabled but this only leads to a window launching at the last known zone. I would like that my file explorer always launches in zone 1 and if it's already blocked by another file explorer window it should launch in zone 2 and it that's also blocked it should launch in zone 3 and if all are blocked stick to the current behavior. But the thing is, depending on the application not the window I want it to have a default launching zone and not remember where I moved it for whatever reason.
