The user can configure key swaps for a specific keyboard input device, not just one global configuration impacting all keyboard input devices (e.g., a laptop's build-in keyboard and an external programmable keyboard).
Scenario when this would be used?
A user can have a VIA-programmable keyboard so they would like to just use the on-board reconfiguration. From time to time, they also need to use the laptop's built-in keyboard and must rely on the KeyboardManager to remap keys. With the current KeyboardManager, the user has to manually turn the manager on and off, which is very annoying.
