Bump. Specifically Total Commander 9.50 (Ghisler) acts strangely when keyboard remapping is active, and it would be very helpful if there was an Exception list of applications or games where all keyboard combo changes was ignored.

A quick way of disabling would not be helpful, since you don't use Total Commander for long sessions, but often switch back and forth between apps and the desktop.

Appreciate the additional info. I'd like to highlight one more issue. When Ctrl+L is remapped to Win+L, causing an unwanted lock screen, and ignoring the remap. especially in apps like "Blender" where Ctrl+L is essential. A quick toggle/automation for Keyboard Manager would greatly streamline the workflow and prevent these disruptions.

Yes, of course, you make a good point. An on-off toggle would be very good, and I'd take it with gratitude. An Ignore list would as an extra feature would be nice to have.
