Description of the new feature / enhancement

If profiles are to be added for game mode or seperate video games, please also consider making it where when entering in chat trying to type excludes the remapping aspect so It's possible to use all letters when typing into chat.

Scenario when this would be used?

When trying to type into chat and I have WASD set to PL:" it would be useful due to the fact certain games like roblox don't allow to switch controls.

This would not be possible to implement the "disable remapping" feature while in chat because there is no way for PowerToys to know when chat has been engaged.

Also this issue is a duplicate of #1881
