Description of the new feature / enhancement

A hotkey that can snap a window to a predetermined position and size. Program example would be Borderless Gaming.

Scenario when this would be used?

Gaming mostly. Setting a game to full screen or borderless full screen, pressing the key to resize it to match the specs.

Supporting information

This has likely been requested already, but the ones I could find were closed and still don't do what I think the population is expecting. Figured I'd resubmit a request.
