Paste without formatting

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Office package has a shortcut for pasting text without formatting. It would be handy to able to do this system wide.

Maybe an option only to do this for certain applications, and still use the default shortcut Ctrl-V (perhaps another shortcut for override and still paste with formatting)

Maybe an option to only remove certain types of formatting, font type, font size, font color etc.

Scenario when this would be used?

Pasting into applications where clipboard contents text formatting is not desired, without any extra steps to remove the formatting.
