Description of the new feature / enhancement

Really, we need a clipboard manager

Scenario when this would be used?

It's important for windows users who need to check the clipboard history or back to an important words/numbers/info/paragraph/text ...

Doesn't windows already have clipboard history?

yeah i know but we need a clipboard manager who can keep all histories because the clipboard for windows when reboot the computer all clip was deleted (sorry for my English) ...

If it's about a few specific clipboard items: you can "pin" them and they will stay, even after restarting the computer. They can also be shared between devices. If you want to store everything, you could create a text file?

Related to #18305, #1758, #671. A few existing apps are suggested in these, like ClipX and CopyQ.
