Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please, I just want to move my windows around. Having only shift and non-primary-mouse-buttons as toggles doesn't work because I already have hotkeys using both of those that I use to teleport my mouse around with scripts. Please let me set it as ctrl or something

Scenario when this would be used?

When shift and right click are too invasive

Supporting information

I have a script that teleports my cursor by pressing ctrl + alt + shift + page down. I move windows with it often.
