Request for Chords on Mouse Utilities

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want the ability to have Chords on my mouse. Press Right and Left Click at the same time... that could equate to a custom keystroke, or macro.

Let me define any number of combinations using the buttons and scroll wheel, and let me define what those map over to.

Scenario when this would be used?

I'd use this for programming. I'd use this to quickly move applications to other monitors / desktops. Left Click & Hold + Mouse Wheel Up = send current window to another monitor. Stuff like that.
