There is at least one keyboard locker that does this decently well (https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/11570/disable-the-keyboard-with-a-keyboard-shortcut-in-windows), but it would be very nice to have it as part of the Keyboard Manager in PowerToys.

I was just looking for this exact feature in PowerToys. The scenario is that I am looking for a way to clean the keyboard without needing to turn it off or install some other app. I naturally looked in PowerToys as I thought it would be an appropriate function for the app.

Would appreciate an "official" tool for doing this.
Useful for watching command execution while also preventing unauthorized or accidental keystrokes (and mouse clicks, if possible).

The ability to disable the laptop keyboard when docked/external keyboard connected would be very useful. I still use the laptop display when docked, and cats apparently like sleeping on the keyboard when it's not occupied by my hands.
