Description of the new feature / enhancement

There are situations when Powertoys (PT) key manager gets in conflict with another preferred key manager. In the moment when I need a key for the preferred key manager I would run a script to deactivate PT keys and afterwards reactivate PT keys again.

Command line switches could be powertoys /k0 and powertoys /k1.

Scenario when this would be used?

I use PT key manager to permanently remap Ctrl+C to F3 and Ctrl+V to F4 on my standard keyboard. And I use Stream Deck (SD) to control various applications with smart profiles. Some applications require F3 for a specific action, such as Panasonic Image Capture Plus scanner software, where F3 starts a scan.

When I press a SD key to start a scan I would invoke a SD multi action which first deactivates PT keys via command line, which then sends F3 to the scanner application and finally reactivates PT keys via command line.

You mention two hotkeys. Did you know you can assign them to specific apps?
