Description of the new feature / enhancement

Flyout of a list with some words or phrases that can be used frequently, like email addresses, nicknames and other. All these have been previously setted by the user from the PowerToys settings page dedicated. The flyout can be called with a keyboard shortcut like the clipboard flyout with Win + V, or can be directly included in a submenu of clipboard flyout. Once opened this flyout, the user can choise from the list the word he want to paste, with a click on the word, or moving the selection throught the list with the arrows, or pressing the number corresponding to the word's index (also the indices can be setted for all the words)

Scenario when this would be used?

Writing a document or an email, you have to attach your datas and contacts, that comprend name, address, phones and email address. Insted of open another document with those and copying them, or rewrite them, you can open the "frequent" flyout and choise to paste where you want all your datas and contacts, that you have previously insert in it.

Supporting information

This functionality can be extremely useful for any person that have to write often the same thing, when this is too long or too stressful to be rewritten

For e-mails: you can set one or multiple signatures. Has been possible for ages.

I'd say this issue is similar enough to #1758 to be considered a duplicate. Thoughts? /needinfo
