Keyboard Manager: Allow different mappings when key is held vs tapped

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would be allowed to specify a mapping such as:

• When "Caps Lock" is held, map it to "Ctrl"
• When "Caps Lock" is tapped, map it to "Esc"

Scenario when this would be used?

This is extremely powerful when using vim/vim keybinds - Caps Lock is a much more natural place for Ctrl in general, and adding the "tap for Esc" functionality makes vim input much nicer

There exists a program to do this: https://github.com/ililim/dual-key-remap but I'd much rather not have to install something else on my work computer if I can avoid it
