Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want a Screen recording feature to be available, which can even have a option for Recording your voice and Camera and screen at the same time, all these features should be optional

Scenario when this would be used?

Can be useful for recording your screen for youtube videos, or sending screen recording to someone
