Area(s) with issue?

Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

I face similar situation when I set up different remapping.

First Set is I simply remap
L CTRL -> Caps
Caps -> L CTRL

Second Set I remap
L ALT -> L CTRL
Win -> L ALT
L CTRL -> Win

and both settings above results my touchpad three finger taps malfunction. (config below is my second set of remapping)
PowerToysReport_2021-11-27-21-24-15.zip

✔️ Expected Behavior

I use default set about three fingers tap, which three fingers tap equals to middle click on mouse.

❌ Actual Behavior

In first set of remapping, when I try three fingers tap and "Project Menu"(which equals to Win + P). And In second set, three fingers tap is simply not working, just no reaction. And so does four fingers tap, but I seldom use that, so that's no immediately problem to me, but still a problem.

The three taps might be sending some key combination, but this makes no sense if it's set to the middle mouse button.
I've been able to replicate this.
More investigation is needed once this is prioritized.

All of these bugs with keyboard remapping have been closed out and referenced to #3703 but years later, it does not appear that, in #3703 anything has been done to fix this problem.
