Does it has pytorch version?

I implemented a pytorch version of LQ-Net at https://github.com/aim-uofa/model-quantization The repo also contains other quantization methods, such as Dorefa-Net, Xnor-net, Xnor-net++, PACT, LSQ, LSQ+,FATNN.
