@jimbobbennett should we rename file references as per the translations guideline.
For example in the README.md there is a reference to TRANSLATIONS.md file, should we change the reference file name to TRANSLATIONS.tr.md or keep it as is.

tr is the iso 2 letter code for Turkish

If there is a translated version, then yup, we should link to it - all the translated files should link to translated files where available.

I saw a lot of weird sentences in Turkish translation. It seems it has been translated by automatic tool. I would like to edit these sentences

@smalcakmak . I am the author of the Turkish translations. Machine translation is not used. Weird sentences are a drawback of that language of the source and the translated language are from different language families. Sentences are seem to be weird because I conserved the original structure. Various grammar structures of English enable us to create complex sentences. However, when we try to translate them into Turkish, nested linkers and relative clauses seem to weird. One of the solution of this problem is splitting into each clause and converting them into different sentences. However, resultant text is inherently different from the source. If you can provide another solution or mitigation of drawbacks of the sentence splitting method, those effects will no longer present.
