api - exporting transaction items of candidate to csv #5

Purpose:
with csv you can easily do some visualisation and analytics with tools like spreadsheets or R lang

Example

GET /api/v1/candidate/jana-bobosikova/transactions?output=csv

Response:
normal csv file with all of the transactions (date;description;amount;"INCOME" | "OUTCOME")
