x86-64 pppd版本2.4.9的插件

我自己是pppd 2.4.8的版本，测试不了2.4.9版本的插件，但是我用相同的环境编译的2.4.8版本的插件是能安装上的

编译的时候报了几百个错，全都是说缺括号的。感觉是因为文件太老了，有些不太规范的语法在老的gcc版本下面是能编译通过的，换到现在新版本上就报错了。

去找了最新版本的pppd.h，就能编译通过了。

不过这么一换不知道会不会出问题......

另，坐标杭州，前两天试了试，传统的插件和拨号拦截的插件都不能用。从日志上看跑的好好的，什么错都不报，但是就是获取不到ip地址，上不了网，我是闪讯5.4
