Ctrl+Shift+Enter doesn't work on Windows

Issue:

It seems to me that the shortcut for evaluating the whole cell regardless of focus doesn't work on windows. I also tried Shift+Alt+Enter and various other combinations but couldn't get whole cell evaluation to work.

Environment:

• Browser: Firefox, Chrome
• Platform (Mac/Windows/Linux): Windows 10

Was going to submit something similar, but I'll just add mine here.

When pressing
'Shift (held) -> Ctrl (held) -> Enter'
Maria evaluates then entire line, but when pressing
'Ctrl (held) -> Shift (held) -> Enter'
Maria evaluates just the expression I'm at the end of.
