Thread library not build with 1.55.0 version

Hi,
Boost Thread library not build for iPhone simulator with version 1.55.0. Only for iPhone (all architectures).

I havent's tested 1.55.0 with boost.sh, so you might have problems.
I would recommend to check the makefile branch (https://github.com/mgrebenets/boost-xcode5-iosx/tree/makefile). That should work with thread.

I plan to change build to Makefile soon and remove boost.sh and other scripts completely.

Tried makefile and getting another problem:
ld: archive has no table of contents file 'boost-ios/boost-iosx-product/ios/boost-1.54.0/boost.framework/boost' for architecture arm64
Lipo:
Architectures in the fat file: boost-ios/boost-iosx-product/ios/boost-1.54.0/boost.framework/boost are: armv7 armv7s i386 x86_64 arm64
