Rewrite Tool and Argument descriptions to make it more understandable by LLMs

Most tool and argument descriptions are very vague at the moment. We rely on Claude Project -> Instructions.

Write better descriptions, include examples, so LLM knows how to use the tools and arguments effectively without trying to guess things like attribute names etc
