After installing csvkit, this command:

head -1000 MetObjects.csv | csvcut -l -e utf-8-sig -c 'Department,Object Name,Medium,Classification'

Returns this error:

'charmap' codec can't encode character '\xa9' in position 73: character maps to <undefined>

The last returned line is 273 so the error must be on line 274
