HTTP2 - https://nodejs.org/api/http2.html
node --expose-http2 client.js

HTTP3 - possible with a reverse proxy:

NGINX https://risaksson.com/post/9/2022-05-10/HTTP3-with-NGINX
https://www.envoyproxy.io/ (v1.22 is with http3)
https://github.com/haproxy/haproxy (v2.6 is with http3)
