Secure an office space in San Francisco

We're more productive when we're in-office, so we should secure some office space. This office space should be able to accommodate at least 4 people, be located in the Financial District or nearby, and cost $6k/month or less. I'd like us to be in an office with other start-ups–it's easier to grind with others. I'd also like to pay closer to $2.5k/month, which likely conflicts with being in an office with other start-ups. I'm not sure which is more important.
