Does not see system resources

The program worked for a week. When opened again, there are no downloaded models, the system monitor is empty.
How to fix it?

hi @VladimirDVV I saw a bunch of errors in the cortex logs

20250602 14:31:45.967000 UTC 974888 ERROR Failed to load yaml file for model: models\remote\claude-3-opus-latest.yml, error: yaml-cpp: error at line 37, column 5: illegal block entry - models.cc:239

it means somehow, it couldn't read the model.yaml file and cortex server (Jan's BE) can't be started.

can you please help back-up Jan-data-folder into a different folder then Factory reset Jan?

• Note: all your chats, local models, configurations will be deleted. Make sure you have already back up Jan data folder.

to factory reset, you can navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > Factory Reset
this due to a problem where there is/are some invalid characters in the model yaml.

as I mentioned above, all chats and local (downloaded) models will be deleted - and ask you to backup jan-data folder

• for history chats you can copy the whole threads folder
• for models you can copy the models folder
• you can also copy assistants folder for Jan's assistant (to maintain the assistant configurations) - optional
  some other configurations, it's better to reconfigure them manually (e.g: remote providers, HF tokens, local API server)
