Improve PIN login support

This release hardens the security of the PIN login feature.

Remove support for profiles

Changes:

• Support for custom navigation profiles was removed. This affects Mendix apps running on version 7.2 or 7.3. For these apps, it is recommended to upgrade to a newer Mendix version.

Fix token and cookie clearing

Fixes:

• When clearing of cookies and/or pin/login tokens failed, some cleanup steps would be skipped.

Fix issue in PIN flow

Fixes:

• Fix wrong usage of Promise.all, which broke the PIN flow
• Fix appbase command

Improve PIN login support

• Improved support for switching users in combination with the PIN login feature
• Fix an issue with remaining session data
