twitter_data_stream.py HTTP error 403 -Maybe APIv2 issue?

I watched your video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtRMiOPrxyA and followed along and tried to use your default code but got this error.
How did I get this error? I ran the exact same code as in this repo.
Thank you for your help on this.
